Most meeting rooms come equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, AV and video conferencing equipment, and comfortable seating arrangements. Additional amenities like refreshments may be available upon request.
Most venues provide on-site technical support to assist with AV equipment, internet connectivity, and other technical requirements.
You can cancel meeting room bookings providing you have given a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to the Community Manager or in writing to Lewis Workspace.
Meeting rooms are available in various sizes and can accommodate small groups of 2–4 people to larger gatherings of 20 or more, depending on the facility.
